Our Vodacare Franchise offers both in and out of warranty repairs on all the major cellular brands that have been either supplied or distributed by Vodacom. The Vodacare technical staff have all been fully trained in accordance with the requirements laid down by the manufacture, as well on the GSM technical and manufacturers testing equipment, and on the software upgrade systems.

Presently we repair almost 6000 phones per month, operating 7 days per week (Canal Walk Branch) and returning more than 86% of our phones back to customers in under 24 hours, all this with a repair accuracy of over 99.5%!
