MMS setup new iphone 3Gs for Vodacom customers
Follow these steps:
- Click on SETTINGS
- Click on GENERAL
- Click on NETWORK
- Click on CELLULAR DATA NETWORK
- Add these settings in under the MMS tab:
- APN : mms.vodacom.net
- Username: “leave blank”
- Password: “leave blank”
- MMSC: mmsc.vodacom4me.co.za
- MMS Proxy: 196.006.128.013:8080
- MMS Max Message Size: “leave blank”
- MMS UA Prof URL: “leave blank”
Your MMS should then be setup. To send an sms, simply open up the MESSAGES APP, and click on New Message, you will now see next to the Text input bar a small camera icon, click that to add MMS content to the message.
